Terms & Conditions

1.1 Simulation-Only Platform. The platform is a purely educational and simulated trading environment. All trading accounts, market data, capital, profits, losses, certificates, or any form of payouts or funding are entirely simulated and not real; no real money is traded or exchanged.

1.2 No Financial Services. We are not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, investment fund, or any other regulated financial entity. We do not offer real trading accounts or manage actual assets or capital.

1.3 Educational & Evaluative Purpose. Services are designed solely for skill development, entertainment, and evaluation. Any resemblance to real trading is coincidental and strictly simulated.

2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) and capable of entering binding legal agreements.

2.2 One Account per User. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

2.3 Non-Transferability. Accounts and any associated challenge access are non-transferable. Use of your account by another party is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

3.1 Non-Guaranteed Payouts. Any simulated payouts or profit splits are part of the platform experience and do not constitute real monetary compensation or legally enforceable payment rights.

3.2 Discretionary Rewards. All rewards (e.g., certificates, achievements, funding offers, simulated payouts) are entirely discretionary. We may withhold, revoke, or cancel such rewards at any time, for any reason or no reason.

3.3 No Claim of Compensation. You waive any claims to compensation, payments, or entitlement to receive money in exchange for challenge performance.

3.4 Certificates Are Simulated. Any certificates, badges, or recognitions are not licenses, authorizations, or credentials; they are for entertainment or motivational purposes only.

4.1 Evaluation Fees. Fees for challenge entry or simulation access are shown on the website and must be paid before participation; prices are in the currency specified at checkout.

4.2 No Refund Policy. All purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of performance, disqualification, or termination.

4.3 Chargeback Prohibition. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension, debt collection, and reporting to fraud monitoring services.

5.1 Challenge Parameters. Conditions (profit targets, drawdown limits, time restrictions, etc.) are disclosed during sign-up. Failure to comply results in disqualification.

5.2 No Automated or Exploitative Trading. Use of bots, external trading APIs, copy-trading, arbitrage techniques, latency exploitation, or manipulative tactics is prohibited.

5.3 Monitoring & Logging. All activity is logged and subject to review. We may disqualify or terminate users for suspicious, abusive, or exploitative behavior.

6.1 No Guarantee of Funding. Completing a challenge does not entitle you to any real or simulated funded account; we are under no obligation to provide one.

6.2 Simulated Funded Stage. Any “Funded Account” refers to continued simulation (possibly with different rules or drawdown structures) and does not involve real trading capital.

6.3 Termination of Funded Status. We may revoke access to any funded stage with or without cause, including for policy violations, strategy concerns, or internal reviews.

7.1 Ownership. All content, technology, branding, and data on the platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for personal use and in compliance with these Terms.

8.1 No Warranties. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Responsibility for Losses. We are not responsible for financial losses, loss of data, opportunity cost, or outcomes resulting from use of the simulation platform.

8.3 Liability Cap. Where permitted, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Quantum Funded Capital in the past six (6) months.

9.1 Grounds. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or at our discretion.

9.2 Effect. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation; access to services and simulated rewards is forfeited immediately.

10.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].

10.2 Dispute Resolution. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in [Your Location]. You waive class-action rights.

10.3 No Regulatory Oversight. Quantum Funded Capital is not regulated or overseen by any securities or financial regulatory body; Services are not financial products.

11.1 Amendments. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms. Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

11.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum Funded Capital and supersede prior communications or understandings.

11.3 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
